First aid kit (handed out by the organizer)
The organizer will hand out an emergency/space blanket and fixation bandage to all riders at the administrative inspection. For National GP riders it is compulsory to carry on these, for GP riders they are not compulsory but strongly recommended.
In case of injury, the emergency blanket prevents from cooling down and protects from wind and moist. Place the blanket loosely around the patient, the silver side turned inwards. Do not cover the patient's face.
